The present review aims to provide an overview of the main emerging skin epithelial tumours, with particular emphasis on salivary gland analogue sweat gland tumours and poorly differentiated carcinomas. New insights from data analysis of 12 global clinical studies on hair shedding

Analysis of 12 clinical studies conducted across eight countries indicated that the majority of the hair loss (shedding) originates from the root and occurs throughout the hair care procedures (washing, drying and combing). Early On‐Treatment Change in SALT as a Pragmatic Predictor of Ritlecitinib Response in Moderate‐To‐Severe Alopecia Areata: A Real‐World Cohort Study

Ritlecitinib induced rapid clinical improvement in moderate‐to‐severe alopecia areata in real‐world practice. Early change in SALT at Week 12 strongly discriminated Week‐24 responders, supporting a pragmatic treat‐to‐target checkpoint, alongside improvements in clinician‐reported and patient‐reported outcomes and a favorable safety profile.
