Compressional Behavior of Hairy and Non Hairy Textile Fabrics
Mechanics of Advanced Materials and Structures, 2011When you touched a textile, you would compress in the thickness direction of the textile with your finger to feel it and then select which garment you would choose. In the present article, we are demonstrating that hairiness changes the behavior of fabric in compression by adjusting the compression curve of hairy and non-hairy fabrics.
