Influence of different Agrobacterium rhizogenes strains on hairy roots induction and secondary metabolites production in Datura innoxia Mill. [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Medicinal Plants, 2022
Background: Datura innoxia Mill. is one of the medicinal plant which can produce tropan alkaloids such as hyoscyamine and scopolamine with analgesic and antiasthmatic activities.

Analytic topological hairy dyonic black holes and thermodynamics [PDF]

open access: yesPhys. Rev. D 104, 084023 (2021), 2021
We present and discuss a new family of topological hairy dyonic black hole solutions in asymptotically anti-de Sitter (AdS) space. The coupled Einstein-Maxwell-Scalar gravity system, that carries both the electric and magnetic charges is solved, and exact hairy dyonic black hole solutions are obtained analytically.

Scalar Hairy Black Holes in the presence of Nonlinear Electrodynamics [PDF]

open access: yesPhys. Rev. D 101, 124023 (2020), 2020
We study influence of scalar fields on Nonlinear Electrodynamics spacetimes. The investigation is carried out using both test and gravitating scalar fields. After revisiting Einstein-Maxwell scalar field solutions we focus on analytic investigation of Nonlinear Electrodynamics scalar field spacetimes, especially Square Root Lagrangian model.

Rotating hairy black holes and thermodynamics from gravitational decoupling [PDF]

open access: yesPhys. Dark Univ. 39 (2023) 101172, 2022
We study the method of extended gravitational decoupling in obtaining static black hole solutions satisfying Einstein's equations with a tensor vacuum. The source has quite generic characteristics and satisfies the strong energy condition. The stationary, axisymmetric counterpart of the static metric is obtained by applying the Newman-Janis and Azreg-A\

Plant hairy roots enable high throughput identification of antimicrobials against Candidatus Liberibacter spp.

open access: yesNature Communications, 2020
A major bottleneck in identifying therapies to control citrus greening and other devastating plant diseases caused by fastidious pathogens is our inability to culture the pathogens in defined media or axenic cultures. As such, conventional approaches for

Precession and Lense-Thirring effect of hairy Kerr spacetimes [PDF]

open access: yesPHYS. REV. D 107, 064033 (2023), 2023
We investigate the frame-dragging effect of the hairy Kerr spacetimes on the spin of a test gyro and accretion disk. Firstly, we analyze Lense-Thirring (LT) precession frequency, geodetic precession frequency, and the general spin precession frequency of a test gyro attached to a stationary observer in the spacetime.

Transcriptomic Analysis Reveals That Reactive Oxygen Species and Genes Encoding Lipid Transfer Protein Are Associated with Tobacco Hairy Root Growth and Branch Development

open access: yesMolecular Plant-Microbe Interactions, 2014
The hairy root, a specialized plant tissue that emerges from a cell transformed with transfer DNA (T-DNA) from Agrobacterium rhizogenes, can be used to study root biology and utilized in biotechnological applications.
