Inverse problem of the variational calculus for higher KdV equations
It is shown that the usual Hamilton's variational principle supplemented by the methodology of the integer-programming problem can be used to construct expressions for the Lagrangian densities of higher KdV fields.

Flexible Chitosan‐glycerol sensor integrated with porous laser‐induced graphene (LIG) electrodes enable room‐temperature chemiresistive detection of ammonia (NH3) and proof‐of‐concept detection of fish spoilage. ABSTRACT We report a metal‐free sensor platform combining laser induced graphene (LIG) electrodes with drop‐deposited, glycerol‐plasticized ...

We introduce an additively manufactured bioreactor with a perfusion flow system and integrated temperature and pH sensors for skeletal muscle tissue biofabrication. The bioreactor's performance was evaluated by assessing the viability, spreading of the myoblast cells in a printed scaffold, and contraction of the isolated murine musculi interossei ...

Quantization of the Hamilton equations of motion
Abstract One of the fundamental problems in quantum mechanics is finding the correct quantum image of a classical observable that would correspond to experimental measurements. We investigate for the appropriate quantization rule that would yield a Hamiltonian that obeys the quantum analogue of Hamilton’s equations of motion, which ...

Pre‐Encoded IFN‐I Sensitivity Exacerbates Memory T Cell Senescence in Solid Tumors
Type I interferon (IFN‐I) signaling promotes p21‐dependent cell cycle arrest in senescent tumor‐specific memory T cells, resulting in poor proliferative responses and solid tumor regression during cancer vaccination. Conversely, IFNα/β receptor blockade reinvigorates T cell proliferation to regress solid tumors and is more effective with increasing ...

Free flexural vibrations of standard wide-flange H-beams with consideration of the shear effect
The subject of the paper is a simply supported standard wide-flange H-beam. Cross sections of this beam is analytically described as a three-layer structure.

Dissecting the Ecological Structure of Health and Disease in the Global Gut Microbiome
We introduce Wiredancer, a framework that identifies three continuous ecological factors of the gut microbiota. These factors exhibit distinct patterns across health and disease, jointly capturing disrupted ecological stability and offering a new perspective for precision diagnostics and therapeutic strategies.

Buckling and free flexural vibration of an asymmetric sandwich beam with a functionally graded core
This paper is devoted to an asymmetrical sandwich beam with a functionally graded core with three different variants of boundary conditions. An analytical model of this beam, considering individual nonlinear shear deformation theory, is developed.
