Significance Statement A genome‐wide search identified Arabidopsis halleri ALCOHOL DEHYDROGENASE 1 (ADH1) promoter as a responder that exhibits a week‐scale environmental response (WER). In response to cold exposure, the endogenous ADH1 promoter showed WER in terms of H3K27me3 accumulation.

Germline Pathogenic Variants and Clinical Outcomes in Asian Patients With Breast Cancer

This study included 7278 Asian patients and revealed that those carrying BRCA1/2 pathogenic variants had significantly shorter 10‐year invasive disease‐free survival and relapse‐free survival than noncarriers. No significant difference in survival was observed in patients with non‐BRCA1/2 pathogenic variants.
