Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

On the stability of harmonic maps under the homogeneous Ricci flow
In this work we study properties of stability and non-stability of harmonic maps under the homogeneous Ricci flow.We provide examples where the stability (non-stability) is preserved under the Ricci flow and an example where the Ricci flow does not ...

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Axial spectral scans of polarization dependent third harmonic generation in a multimode photonic crystal fiber [PDF]
We demonstrate a nondestructive axial scanning technique for the spectrally resolved analysis of femtosecond nonlinear–optical transformation in photonic crystal fibers.

Resonant two-photon ionization of helium atoms studied by attosecond interferometry
We study resonant two-photon ionization of helium atoms via the 1s3p, 1s4p and 1s5p1P1 states using the 15th harmonic of a titanium-sapphire laser for the excitation and a weak fraction of the laser field for the ionization.

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

A Source Problem for the Helmholtz Equation via a Dirichlet-to-Neumann Map
In this paper, we consider a source problem for a time harmonic acoustic wave in two-dimensional space. Based on the boundary integral equation method, a Dirichlet-to-Neumann map in terms of boundary integral operators on the boundary of the source is ...

Raman‐based label‐free microscopic analysis of the pancreas in living zebrafish larvae
Forward stimulated Raman scattering (F‐SRS) and epi coherent anti‐Stokes Raman scattering (E‐CARS) allow label‐free discrimination of distinct subcellular structures in the pancreas of living zebrafish larvae. Given the straightforward applicability, we anticipate broad implementation of Raman microscopy in other organs and across various biomedical ...

Asymptotic behavior for minimizers of a p-energy functional associated with p-harmonic map
The author studies the asymptotic behavior of minimizers $u_{\varepsilon}$ of a p-energy functional with penalization as $\varepsilon \to 0$. Several kinds of convergence for the minimizer to the p-harmonic map are presented under different assumptions.

A compactness theorem of $n$-harmonic maps
For $n\ge 3$, let $\Omega$ be a bounded domain in $R^n$ and $N$ be a compact Riemannian manifold in $R^L$ without boundary. Suppose that $u_n\in W^{1,n}(\Omega,N)$ are the Palais-Smale sequences of the Dirichlet $n$-energy functional and $u_n$ converges ...
