Tumor B‐cell infiltration in platinum‐treated advanced muscle‐invasive urothelial carcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Bladder tumors with higher pretreatment memory B‐cell infiltration were linked to longer survival after cisplatin chemotherapy, but not carboplatin. These tumors also showed more organized immune structures (tertiary lymphoid structures) and a shared pro‐inflammatory B‐cell‐rich community, suggesting that memory B cells may help identify patients most ...

Epigenetic heterogeneity and plasticity in therapy‐induced tumor states through single‐cell multi‐omics

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Test and Analysis of Three Directional Vibration for Harmonic Reducer

open access: yesJixie chuandong, 2018
A new vibration testing method is introduced to measure three directional vibration of the harmonic reducer used in industrial robot. To simulate the working state of industrial robot, the harmonic reducer loading device is designed.

Research of the Test Method of Double Stress Step-down Acceleration Life for Harmonic Reducer

open access: yesJixie chuandong, 2020
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and imperfect test scheme of the existing accelerated life test of the harmonic reducer, a double stress step-down accelerated life test method is proposed. Taking the harmonic reducer for industrial robots as the

A Study on Hysteresis Stiffness Model and Parameter Identification of Harmonic Gear Transmission based on Genetic Characteristic

open access: yesJixie chuandong, 2022
Hysteresis stiffness is an inherent property of harmonic gear drive. In the traditional dynamic modeling of harmonic gear drive, the stiffness is considered as fixed stiffness or piecewise fixed stiffness, which will lead to reduction of the accuracy of ...

Development of Harmonic Drive Combining Four Arcs for Conventional Kinematic Application

open access: yesMachines, 2022
This paper proposes a modified harmonic cam, which is used to design a harmonic drive. Conventional harmonic drives using a sinusoidal cam type pertain to an elastic body concept and are thus difficult to design and evaluate.

Design of Active Power Filters for Harmonics on Power System and Reducing Harmonic Currents

open access: yes, 2014
In the last few years, harmonics have been occurred with the increasing use of nonlinear loads, and these harmonics have been an ever increasing problem for the line systems. This situation importantly affects the quality of power and gives large losses to the network.

Spatial and single‐nuclei transcriptomics reveals idiosyncratic and generic patterns in papillary and anaplastic thyroid cancers

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Matched spatial transcriptomics and single‐nuclei RNA‐seq were generated for anaplastic and BRAFV600E papillary thyroid cancers revealing generic and tumor‐specific states occurring in cancer cells and in the tumor microenvironment. In this context, cancer dedifferentiation mirrored organoid maturation through ordered thyroid marker gain/loss ...

An Inverse Analysis Method of Transmission Accuracy of Harmonic Reducer based on Multi-factor Coupling

open access: yesJixie chuandong, 2021
Transmission error of harmonic reducer is coupled by eccentric vectors such as geometric eccentricity and motion eccentricity during parts machining and assembly, and has frequency domain characteristics.

Raman‐based label‐free microscopic analysis of the pancreas in living zebrafish larvae

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Forward stimulated Raman scattering (F‐SRS) and epi coherent anti‐Stokes Raman scattering (E‐CARS) allow label‐free discrimination of distinct subcellular structures in the pancreas of living zebrafish larvae. Given the straightforward applicability, we anticipate broad implementation of Raman microscopy in other organs and across various biomedical ...
