A light‐triggered Time‐Resolved X‐ray Solution Scattering (TR‐XSS) workflow with application to protein conformational dynamics

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

Multidimensional Profiling of MRI‐Negative Temporal Lobe Epilepsy Uncovers Distinct Phenotypes

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Although hippocampal sclerosis (TLE‐HS) represents the most frequent cause of temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE), up to 30% of patients show no lesion on visual MRI inspection (TLE‐MRIneg). These cases pose diagnostic and therapeutic challenges and are underrepresented in surgical series.

基于UG二次开发的谐波减速器的参数化设计

open access: yesJixie chuandong, 2012
Traditional three-dimensional design of harmonic reducer components is complex. The secondary development using UG can improve design efficiency and shorten product design cycles. The optimization program written by VC + + is used to calculate the major ...

Analysis and Prediction of Transmission Error of Harmonic Reducer for Space Robot

open access: yesSpace: Science & Technology
During operation of the space robot joint, there are periodic changes in the load and speed of the harmonic reducer. Because the flexspline is a flexible mechanism, the transmission error of the harmonic reducer is related not only to manufacturing but ...

Establishment of Hysteresis Stiffness Model and Kinematic Precision Analysis of Manipulators

open access: yesJixie chuandong, 2022
Considering the hysteresis effect of the harmonic reducer in the joint and that when the joint is subject to alternating load torques, the hysteresis effect will have great influence on the output precision.

Multiple Sclerosis Relapse Activity After Ozanimod Discontinuation in DAYBREAK Trial Participants

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
Multiple Sclerosis Relapse Activity After Ozanimod Discontinuation in DAYBREAK Trial Participants. ABSTRACT Objective Return of disease activity is expected when patients discontinue disease‐modifying therapy (DMT) for multiple sclerosis (MS). Some MS DMTs are associated with higher‐than‐expected disease activity (rebound) after discontinuation.

Relationship Between Neurologic Symptoms and Signs and FMR1 Genotype in Premutation Carriers

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background and Objectives Fragile X‐associated Tremor/Ataxia Syndrome (FXTAS) is the most severe late‐onset condition caused by a premutation in the FMR1 gene, characterized by expanded CGG triplet repeats of 55–200. Clinical presentations of FXTAS, including gait ataxia, kinetic tremor, cognitive decline, and rare Parkinsonism, are linked to ...

The Reduced Basis Method for Time‐Harmonic Maxwell's Equations [PDF]

open access: yesPAMM, 2012
AbstractThe Reduced Basis Method (RBM) generates low‐order models of parametrized PDEs to allow for efficient evaluation of the input‐output behaviour in many‐query and real‐time contexts. The RBM approach is decomposed into a time‐consuming offline‐phase, which generates a surrogate model and an online phase, which performs fast parameter evaluations.

Predictive Ability of Plasma p‐tau217 for β‐Amyloid Status: A Prospective Multicenter Study

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Plasma tau phosphorylated at threonine 217 (p‐tau217) measured with fully automated platforms has shown high accuracy for Alzheimer's disease (AD) diagnosis, but real‐world multicenter data remain limited. We aimed to validate the diagnostic performance of p‐tau217 for identifying AD pathology in a real‐world multicenter cohort ...
