Sensorless AC Capacitor Voltage Monitoring Method for HAPF
This study presents a method for monitoring the voltage across the AC capacitor in a grid-connected hybrid active power filter without the use of additional voltage sensors. In the case of an AC capacitor used in a hybrid, active power filter, there is a

Using a theorem of \textit{S. J. Gardiner} [Harmonic approximation (1995; Zbl 0826.31002)], the author shows that there exists a harmonic function \(h\) on a non-empty open subset \(\Omega\) of \(\mathbb{R}^d\), where \(d\geq 2\), which behaves wildly near every boundary point of \(\Omega\).

Harmonic Causation and Harmonic Echoes [PDF]
IN reference to the question of “Harmonic Echoes,” allow me to suggest to those who may have the opportunity of observation, how desirable it is that these echo-tones should be investigated in a manner to determine whether they are truly harmonic or not. There would be no difficulty in testing the sounds given in response to the notes of a closed organ-

This work explores Li‐substituted P2 layered oxides for Na‐ion batteries by crystallographic and electrochemical studies. The effect of lithium on superstructure orderings, on phase transitions during synthesis and electrochemical cycling and on the interplay of O‐ versus TM‐redox is revealed via various advanced techniques, including semi‐simultaneous

In this study we investigate the appearance of combination tones in violins. Most authors in recent times have emphasised that combination tones occur inside the ear exclusively (intra-aural).

Monopole Vector Spherical Harmonics
Eigenfunctions of total angular momentum for a charged vector field interacting with a magnetic monopole are constructed and their properties studied. In general, these eigenfunctions can be obtained by applying vector operators to the monopole spherical

Lorentz Harmonics, Squeeze Harmonics and Their Physical Applications [PDF]
Among the symmetries in physics, the rotation symmetry is most familiar to us. It is known that the spherical harmonics serve useful purposes when the world is rotated. Squeeze transformations are also becoming more prominent in physics, particularly in optical sciences and in high-energy physics.

Synchrotron Radiation for Quantum Technology
Materials and interfaces underpin quantum technologies, with synchrotron and FEL methods key to understanding and optimizing them. Advances span superconducting and semiconducting qubits, 2D materials, and topological systems, where strain, defects, and interfaces govern performance.

Fermion Quasi-Spherical Harmonics
Spherical Harmonics, $Y_\ell^m(\theta,\phi)$, are derived and presented (in a Table) for half-odd-integer values of $\ell$ and $m$. These functions are eigenfunctions of $L^2$ and $L_z$ written as differential operators in the spherical-polar angles ...

From a database of 170 pentagonal 2D materials, 4 candidates exhibiting altermagnetic ordering are screened. Furthermore, the spin‐splitting and unconventional boundary states in the pentagonal 2D altermagnetic monolayer MnS2 are investigated. A MnS2‐based altermagnetic tunneling junction is designed and, through ab initio quantum transport simulations,
