We establish a tBid‐mediated cell ablation system in axolotls, achieve rapid and efficient ablation of multiple cell types, including muscle stem cell, spinal cord cell, and connective tissue (CT) cells. We investigate the role of CT using tBid‐mediated CT ablation and identify its essential role for limb development and regeneration.

Buried Unstrained Germanium Channels: A Lattice‐Matched Platform for Quantum Technology
ABSTRACT Strained germanium (ε$\varepsilon$‐Ge) and strained silicon (ε$\varepsilon$‐Si) buried quantum wells have enabled advanced spin‐qubit quantum processors. However, in the absence of suitable lattice‐matched substrates, ε$\varepsilon$‐Ge and ε$\varepsilon$‐Si are deposited on defective, metamorphic SiGe buffers, which may impact device ...

Stage‐Specific H3K14 and H3K23 Succinylation Orchestrates Insect Metamorphosis and Oogenesis
Stage‐specific succinylation of histone H3 at lysine 14 and 23 differentially controls insect metamorphosis and oogenesis through distinct GPCR‐PKC signaling cascades, revealing an evolutionarily conserved epigenetic mechanism that coordinates key life‐history traits.

Expanded‐graphite/graphene‐nanoplatelet hybrids deliver a near‐order‐of‐magnitude thermal‐conductivity enhancement in paraffin phase‐change materials. A microCT‐informed 3D modeling framework resolves the percolating EG backbone and captures sub‐voxel GNP enrichment, quantitatively linking microstructure to heat flow and revealing a graphene‐enabled ...

A Bio-economic Model of a Shrimp Hatchery in the Mekong River Delta of Vietnam
Shrimp culture areas and production of the Mekong Delta cover about 60 percent of the total shrimp areas and production of Vietnam. Especially, the Delta contributes about 80 percent of the total shrimp production for export.

The use of chemotherapeutic agents in shrimp hatcheries in Sri Lanka
In Sri Lanka, the active promotion of chemical products to prevent disease in shrimp hatcheries has led to an increase in the use of drugs and chemicals without much emphasis on understanding their efficacies.

Stem cell differentiation follows a conserved surface condensate trajectory: H3K27ac super enhancers nucleate large RNA polymerase II clusters that grow and unfold before transcriptional activity disperses them. This work reveals how biophysical forces at enhancer surfaces dynamically build and dismantle stem cell transcription hubs, reshaping cell ...
