Influence of Bottom Electrodes on the Ferroelectric Stability of AlScN Film at High Temperatures

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
The thermal stability of AlScN depends on the bottom electrode. When the bottom electrode possesses compressive stress, tensile strain develops in the AlScN upon thermal annealing, reducing the switching barrier. When the bottom electrode forms a coherent interface with AlScN, significant tensile strain and defects are generated in the AlScN layer ...

Universal Oxychlorination Strategy in Halide Solid Electrolytes for All‐Solid‐State Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
A WO2Cl2‐driven oxychlorination strategy enables bulk oxygen incorporation into close‐packed LixMCl6 (M = Zr, Y, Er, In) halide lattices. Oxygen is selectively anchored by W6+ as lattice‐integrated [WO2Cl4]2− units, regulating the anionic framework, diversifying Li coordination, and weakening Li–Cl interactions.

In-house CHO HCPs platform: A promising approach for HCPs ELISA monitoring

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences
A key aspect that must be supervised during the development of recombinant therapeutic products is the potential presence of impurities. Residual host cell proteins (HCPs) are a major class of process-related impurities derived from the host organism that even in trace amount have the potential to affect product quality, safety, and efficacy. Therefore,
