Influence of Bottom Electrodes on the Ferroelectric Stability of AlScN Film at High Temperatures

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
The thermal stability of AlScN depends on the bottom electrode. When the bottom electrode possesses compressive stress, tensile strain develops in the AlScN upon thermal annealing, reducing the switching barrier. When the bottom electrode forms a coherent interface with AlScN, significant tensile strain and defects are generated in the AlScN layer ...

Using experience-based co-design to explore care experiences and identify practice change priorities for children with medical complexity in the paediatric intensive care unit

open access: yesBMJ Open
Objectives Children with medical complexity (CMC) frequently experience acute deterioration requiring paediatric intensive care unit (PICU) hospitalisation. Collaboration between families and healthcare professionals (HCPs) is vital yet often challenging,

Designing SAT for HCP

open access: yesCoRR, 1999
For arbitrary undirected graph $G$, we are designing SATISFIABILITY problem (SAT) for HCP, using tools of Boolean algebra only. The obtained SAT be the logic formulation of conditions for Hamiltonian cycle existence, and use $m$ Boolean variables, where $m$ is the number of graph edges. This Boolean expression is true if and only if an initial graph is

Large Anomalous Nernst Effect in Disordered CoPt Thin Films for Planar Thermoelectric Sensing

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Disordered CoPt thin films exhibit a large anomalous Nernst effect with strong dependence on Pt concentration. The transverse thermoelectric response reaches 3.22 µV K−1 near equiatomic composition and an ANE sensitivity of 0.3 µm A−1. The results reveal that composition‐controlled microstructure in sputtered CoPt alloys provides an effective route for

Continuous flow synthesis of hypercrosslinked polymers (HCPs) and its environmental impact evaluation [PDF]

open access: yes
Hypercrosslinked polymers(HCPs) are a class of microporous adsorbents with a wide range of applications, including dye adsorption, and gas storage. Traditionally, HCPs are synthesised through Friedel-Crafts alkylation, which involves a time-consuming ...

Universal Oxychlorination Strategy in Halide Solid Electrolytes for All‐Solid‐State Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
A WO2Cl2‐driven oxychlorination strategy enables bulk oxygen incorporation into close‐packed LixMCl6 (M = Zr, Y, Er, In) halide lattices. Oxygen is selectively anchored by W6+ as lattice‐integrated [WO2Cl4]2− units, regulating the anionic framework, diversifying Li coordination, and weakening Li–Cl interactions.
