Fully quantitative, mass‐standardised, antibody responses to ten SARS‐CoV‐2 variants show significant variation in immunity profiles or endotypes. The incidence of the complete response to all variants is significantly improved after three vaccinations.

This study shows that 8 weeks of high‐intensity interval training (HIIT) modulate inflammasome‐related gene expression in individuals with obesity. HIIT increased AIM2, MEFV, CARD16 and CARD18 expression, with CARD16 upregulation supporting reduced inflammation through inhibition of caspase‐1 activation and lower IL‐1β levels.

French guidelines on systemic treatments for moderate‐to‐severe psoriasis in adults: Update 2025
New 2025 French guidelines update psoriasis management with revised algorithms integrating recent systemic therapies. They recommend methotrexate, adalimumab or ustekinumab as first‐line treatments and provide guidance for special psoriasis forms, comorbidities, pregnancy and long‐term management.
