This study identifies a novel mechanism of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) cisplatin chemoresistance that DDAH1 expression is associated with cisplatin resistance in NPC cells primarily through the enhancement of the phosphoinositide Janus kinase 2 (JAK2)‐signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) pathway.

ICAM1 antibody‐bound ICG triggers tumor‐specific, caspase‐1‐independent pyroptosis via CTSS‐mediated GSDMD cleavage, activates antitumor immunity, and synergizes with anti–PD‐1 therapy, offering a non‐apoptotic strategy to overcome resistance in cancer treatment.

Lysosomal redistribution occurs via extracellular vesicles in multi‐stem cell aggregates and controls iron homeostasis for safeguarding cell aggregation.
