Abstract Objective To clinically validate the contribution of a custom‐built EEG wearable device (waEEG) compared to a full 10–20 electrode array ambulatory EEG (aEEG) for screening epilepsy cases in patients with suspected temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) but negative routine EEGs. Methods Patients (aged 16–91 years) with clinically suspected TLE who were

Genetic epilepsies with myoclonic seizures: Mechanisms and syndromes

Epilepsy surgery: From bench to the clinics
Abstract Objective Recent advances in epilepsy surgery in patients with intractable epilepsy make it possible to study the mechanism of epilepsy in human brains. However, the true extent and propagation of each epileptogenic area from the epileptogenic focus in each patient is still difficult to perform “epilepsy cure” by surgery.

Intention Tremor after Head Injury
Eight cases of intention tremor as a late complication of head injury were investigated. The patients ranged in age from 3 to 24 years. All received severe head injuries and lapsed into coma immediately afterward (Glasgow Coma Scale scores less than or equal to 8). Six patients exhibited decerebration or decortication.

Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) Challenges in Hydrogen Internal Combustion Engine Vehicles
ABSTRACT This paper presents a state‐of‐the‐art literature review on noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) in hydrogen‐fuelled internal combustion engines. Studies published between 2011 and 2025 were screened, covering fundamental flame physics, test‐bench work, and recent prototype vehicles.
