This research introduces the Concentrated Effect, which posits that numerical values indicating the amount of a sole ingredient in a food product can enhance perceptions of ingredient concentration.

Lactiplantibacillus plantarum X7022 is a novel strain isolated from the traditional fermented stinky tofu brine. L. plantarum X7022 could alleviate constipation by improving defection indices. L. plantarum X7022 regulated gut microbiota dysbiosis in the two different constipation models.

Ziziphus budhensis is a species described in 2015 in Nepal poorly studied for its phytochemical composition and possible bioactivities. In this study, six extracts were obtained from Z. budhensis leaves using ultrasound assisted extraction with solvents in increasing polarity.

This research is important to show that marketing as part of advertising is in correlation with the regulation of health claims labelling of food supplements, which is product specific. Hence, the aim of this research was to compare the regulation for health claims labelling in European Union and non-EU countries.
