Het lijkt vreemd om het te hebben over Healthy Ageing terwijl wij als geriatrie fysiotherapeuten vooral werkzaam zijn met mensen die al complexe gezondheidsproblemen hebben. Echter naast aandacht voor de acute zorgvraag is het essentieel om ook te kijken naar preventie.
