The challenge of targeting RNA with small molecules necessitates a better understanding of RNA‐ligand interaction mechanisms. However, the dynamic nature of nucleic acids, their ligand‐induced stabilization, and how conformational changes influence gene expression pose significant difficulties for experimental investigation.

Expert Perspective: Diagnosis and Treatment of Castleman Disease
Summary Castleman disease (CD) is a major diagnostic challenge for Rheumatologists. Unicentric CD (UCD) involves one enlarged lymph node region whereas multicentric CD (MCD) involves multiple enlarged lymph node regions. Both UCD and MCD may exhibit a wide range of symptoms that overlap with other immune‐mediated conditions.

Aims Several methods exist to identify hospital admissions related to adverse drug events (ADEs). Clinical adjudication by healthcare professionals is the gold standard but is labour‐intensive. Spontaneous reporting and routinely collected healthcare data using a set of International Classification of Diseases (ICD) codes often underestimate the ...

Dash and coworkers have fabricated a small intestine on a chip, which encapsulates the physiology and biofilm of the small intestinal epithelium. The dynamic system showed villus differentiation within 5 days of flow, and the mucus layer and biofilm showed small intestinal characteristics.
