Chaperone‐Mediated Autophagic Degradation of USP9X in Macrophages Exacerbates Postmyocardial Infarction Inflammation and Cardiac Dysfunction

This study demonstrates that inflammatory stimuli induce the acetylation‐triggered, chaperone‐mediated autophagic degradation of ubiquitin‐specific peptidase 9 X‐linked (USP9X) in macrophages. Intelligent Thermo‐Self‐Limited Magnetothermia with Heat‐Triggered TERT Silencing for Precision Synergetic Cancer Therapy

Telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) mRNA induces DNA self‐assembly in cancer cells, boosting the nanoplatform's magnetothermal properties. This magnetothermia then activates the Hsp70 promoter, initiating siRNA synthesis to silence the TERT gene, enhancing cancer treatment.

A Soft, Flexible Implant for Wireless Photothermal–Pyroelectric Neurostimulation

A replication strategy is used to enlarge the exposed surface area of barium titanate within flexible films with embedded carbon nanotubes, enabling efficient photothermal‐pyroelectric stimulation. Polar crystalline nanosheets show superior performance in guiding neural progenitor cells toward neuronal differentiation.
