Rewriting Polymer Fate via Chemomechanical Coupling
This work introduces a life‐like “living” polymer platform that can grow, degrow, and reprogram its properties after fabrication. By integrating mass transport, reversible polymerization, and controlled catalysis, the material achieves on‐demand changes in size, shape, and mechanical properties.

Currently, one of the main energy consumers in many countries is the communal sector. In this case, the bulk of the energy is supplied by fossil sources. In this regard, studies in the field of alternative energy sources that can help solve not only the problem of energy saving, but also the problem of environmental pollution and prevent the ...

Study of a Novel Bi‐Layered Thermoplastic Polyurethane Patch for Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia
Large congenital diaphragmatic hernia remains a challenge due to the poor compatibility of current prostheses. To tackle this problem, a bilayer thermoplastic polyurethane patch with tunable mechanical properties is engineered, whose fibrous side supports rapid fibroblast and myoblast colonization, while the smooth film limits adhesions.

Technical solutions to prevent heat stress induced crop growth reduction for three climatic regions in Mexico [PDF]
In the last 15 years a significant increase in greenhouse area has occurred in Mexico, from a modest 50 hectares in 1990 to over 2,000 hectares in 2004. The rapid increase in greenhouse area is a result of an attractive export market, USA. Mexican summer
