DEN Open, Volume 6, Issue 1, April 2026.Indocyanine green with infrared imaging (ICG‐IRI) provides real‐time fluorescence visualization of the distal myotomy endpoint during peroral endoscopic myotomy (POEM). In this study of 39 patients, ICG‐IRI achieved a 94.9% success rate in fluorescence detection and significantly improved esophageal relaxation and symptoms.
