[Improved hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition tests for arboviruses].
The capacity of formalinized goose erythrocytes to be agglutinated in interactions with arboviruses was studied. Formalinized goose erythrocytes were found to be as sensitive as native erythrocytes, and were used successfully for diagnosis of arbovirus infections and study of the immune structure of the human population and animals.

Age and environment affect constitutive immune function in Red Knots (Calidris canutus) [PDF]
We studied subspecies, age and environmental effects on constitutive immune function (natural antibody and complement titres, haptoglobin activity and leukocyte concentrations) in Red Knots (Calidris canutus). We compared C. c. islandica and C.

In Vitro Release of Lectins From Phallusia mamillata Hemocytes After Their Fractionation on a Density Gradient [PDF]
Hemocytes were fractionated by centrifugation on a discontinuous Percoll density gradient from the hemolymph of Phallusia mamillata. Results obtained from microcultures of the fractionated hemocytes, sugar-inhibition experiments, SDS-PAGE, and ...

Cancer Immunotherapy via Disruption of Integrin αvβ3 and CD47 Costabilization on Cancer Cell Surface
This study identifies a cancer‐specific interaction between CD47 and integrin αvβ3 that facilitates immune evasion. A rationally designed peptide, PSFL‐NK13, disrupts this axis, enhancing macrophage‐mediated phagocytosis and suppressing tumor growth without inducing anemia.

Four distinct satellite glial cell subtypes are identified in mouse dorsal root ganglia using single‐cell RNA sequencing and spatial validation. These subtypes show unique marker profiles and anatomical distributions. Human dorsal root ganglia display layered perisomatic organization with differential marker expression.
