Vaccine-derived T-cell responses are insufficient to generate protective immunity to SARS-CoV-2
Neutralizing antibodies are established correlates of protection against SARS-CoV-2, yet T-cell responses are also thought to contribute substantially to limiting disease severity and enhancing durability of protection.

Low-VAF TP53-Mutated AML Displays Distinct Biological Features in a Single-Center Cohort
Background: The International Consensus Classification (ICC) currently proposes an empirical variant allele frequency (VAF) threshold of 10% to define TP53-mutated acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and to distinguish oncogenic driver from concomitant ...

Drugs previously repurposed to target blood cancers reduced neuroblastoma and glioblastoma cell growth and viability. However, their levels of anticancer activity were different and their clinical application may be problematic due to side effects at effective doses.

Aging Is a Key Driver for Adult Acute Myeloid Leukemia
Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a classical age‐related hematologic malignancy, and a key driver of AML is aging, which profoundly regulates intrinsic factors such as genomic instability, epigenetic reprogramming, and metabolic dysregulation, and alters bone marrow microenvironment.

Mutant NPM1 in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Initiation and Maintenance
NPM1 mutations drive acute myeloid leukemia by acting as neomorphic transcriptional regulators that cooperate with Menin–MLL and XPO1 to sustain HOX/MEIS1 expression and block differentiation. Targeting these mutant‐specific transcriptional dependencies provides a rational therapeutic strategy for NPM1‐mutated AML.
