Intra‐arrest blood‐based biomarkers for out‐of‐hospital cardiac arrest: A scoping review
Objective Blood‐based biomarkers play a central role in the diagnosis and treatment of critically ill patients, yet none are routinely measured during the intra‐arrest phase of out‐of‐hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA).

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

INTERPRETATION OF THE RESULTS OF IMMUNOHEMATOLOGICAL TESTS IN HEMATOLOGICAL PATIENTS
The correct determination of the blood types of the recipient and the donor is very importante for the choice of blood components for transfusion. As a result of the study, it was established that 18.0% of patients, admitted to the hematology clinic, have difficulties in interpreting of the results of immunohematological tests.

In the present work, we have identified a transcriptional signature based on the differential expression of six genes (BCL2&MAST4, HSH2D&LAT2, METRN&PITPNM2) that would facilitate the early detection of T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) patients prone to a poor treatment response and could be implemented at diagnosis, along with other risk ...
