CRISPR/Cas9‐edited tumor‐associated immune cells in cancer immunotherapy
Abstract Immuno‐oncology represents an emerging field that has significantly transformed tumor therapeutics, with immune cells serving as the cellular foundations of cancer immunotherapy. Due to its high efficiency and sensitivity, CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing is a highly promising technique for precise and rapid gene modification.

Imaging of Abdominal Complications in Children With Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia
ABSTRACT Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) is the most common paediatric malignancy and remains one of the most common causes of cancer‐related death in children and adolescents. Five‐year overall survival rates now exceed 90% with current multidrug chemotherapeutic regimens. This improvement, coupled with the toxicity of chemotherapy, has led to the

Age‐Dependent Clonal Expansion of Non–Sperm‐Forming Spermatogonial Stem Cells in Mouse Testes
We found that GFRα1+ spermatogonial stem cells (SSCs) with reduced Egr4 and Cops5 expression did not form spermatids in mouse testes. Furthermore, the proportion of their clones relative to the total SSC clones increased and their distribution area expanded in old mice.

This study demonstrates that aging induces oxidative stress and inflammation in the hematopoietic immune system, resulting in immune homeostasis dysfunction, including alterations in B cells and hematopoietic stem cells, senescent cells (SnCs) accumulation, and senescence‐associated secretory phenotypes (SASPs) production. Notably, the study highlights
