Segmental hemiatrophy in a dog
Journal of the American Veterinary Medical Association, 1985Congenital asymmetric development, resulting in a small right thoracic limb, was diagnosed in a dog. The limb was anatomically normal. The lesion closely resembled hemiatrophy. Congenital asymmetric development should be considered in the differential diagnosis of limb length discrepancies.
