Hemolytic and Hemagglutinating Activities of 222 Plants
Vox Sanguinis, 1968Summary. The saline, the 30% albumin, and the enzyme Bromelin methods were used to detect the presence of hemagglutinins and hemolysins in the saline extracts of 222 plant seeds. Of these, 146 were nonâagglutinating, 56 agglutinating and 20 hemolytic.
