BNC2 exhibits context‐dependent opposing functions across multiple cancer types. This study reveals BNC2 as an oncogenic driver of melanoma proliferation and metastasis through transcriptional activation of PIK3CA. The natural compound TSN simultaneously degrades BNC2 and its oncogenic partner SMAD3 via CRBN‐dependent ubiquitination.

Leveraging Microphysiological Systems to Facilitate Neutrophil‐Based Cancer Immunotherapy
Microphysiological systems are emerging as powerful human‐relevant platforms for studying neutrophil biology in cancer. Current applications of spheroids, organoids, and organ‐on‐a‐chip models are reviewed, together with future opportunities in behaviorome profiling, multi‐omics integration, personalized medicine, immune crosstalk, and multi‐organ ...

Research Progress of Noninvasive Evaluation of Portal Hypertension by Blood‐Based Tests
Portal hypertension (PH) is a collection of clinical conditions that occur due to an enduring elevation of pressure within the portal venous system, and it is closely linked to the prognosis of liver disease patients. The hepatic venous pressure gradient

The graphical abstract illustrates that sublethal thermal stress after iRFA upregulates the chaperone CRYAB in residual HCC cells, which stabilizes β‐catenin and drives a dual pathological program, including EMT and N2‐TAN polarization, thereby leading to heterotypic CTC cluster formation. The MMP‐9‐responsive hydrogel (XB@Gel) delivers XAV‐939 and BMS‐

Noninvasive Assessment of Portal Hypertension in Advanced Chronic Liver Disease: An Update
The assessment of portal hypertension is a relevant step in the evaluation of newly diagnosed advanced chronic liver disease (ACLD). The current gold standard includes the invasive evaluation of hepatic venous pressure gradient (HVPG) and endoscopy ...

The GPX3‐VCAM1 Axis Gates Pro‐Fibrotic Tubule Cell Fate in Hyperuricemic Nephropathy
Hyperuricemia induces NLRP3 inflammasome signaling activation and downregulation of GPX3 in proximal tubular epithelial cells, leading to oxidative stress–driven VCAM1 upregulation, emergence of pro‐fibrotic proximal tubule cells, macrophage recruitment, and renal fibrosis.

The SIRT5/ACAA2 axis maintains lipid metabolic homeostasis in RTECs by promoting ACAA2 desuccinylation and preserving its stability and enzymatic activity, thereby sustaining FAO and limiting PUFA and PUFA‐containing phospholipid accumulation. Under CaOx stress, SIRT5 downregulation impairs FAO, promotes oxidative stress and ferroptosis, and enhances ...
