Immunogenic cell death ICD is a specific type of stress‐induced cell death that results in adaptive immune response and generating an immunological memory. The development of strategies that induce ICD are considered highly effective in the treatment of cancer within the bounds of immunotherapy.

In the present case, drug‐associated autoimmune hepatitis (DIAIH) was discussed, and DIAIH secondary to isoniazid (INH) was found in two case reports in the literature.
