This study leverages NHANES data to analyze 49 routine indicators, identifying the top 10 diagnostic markers for five major diseases and introducing GLM7, a novel indicator. Restricted cubic spline analyses, forest plot evaluations, and XGBoost modeling demonstrate conventional indicators' efficacy and GLM7's value for disease diagnosis/prediction ...

Identification of TPRA1 as a Novel Receptor and Predictive Biomarker for Oncolytic Virus M1
This study identifies transmembrane protein adipocyte‐associated 1 (TPRA1) as a novel receptor for oncolytic virus M1 (OVM). TPRA1's ectodomain binds OVM particles, while its intracellular domain facilitates virus internalization, promoting efficient viral entry.

YTHDF2‐mediated m6A mRNA decay critically regulates learning and memory. Its forebrain‐specific knockout in mice impedes degradation of m6A‐modified mRNAs, enhancing hippocampal synaptic transmission, protein synthesis, and memory. Conversely, hippocampal YTHDF2 reintroduction or SEMA4B reduction reverses this enhancement, while its overexpression ...
