Therapeutic potential of natural products in cancer immunotherapy: Advances and challenges

open access: yesBritish Journal of Pharmacology, EarlyView.
This review systematically outlines the mechanisms underlying tumour immunotherapy resistance and elucidates the role of natural products in enhancing therapeutic efficacy as immunomodulatory adjuvants. Abstract Immunotherapy has emerged as a clinically pivotal approach in cancer treatment, but its application remains limited to a small subset of ...

Oncolytic Vaccinia Virus‐HSP70‐shRNA Amplifies Viral Replication, ROS/Autophagy, and Immunity to Fight Colorectal Cancer

open access: yesCancer Science, EarlyView.
OncoVV‑shHSP70, a vaccinia virus silencing HSP70, demonstrated potent antitumor efficacy in colorectal cancer cell lines, as well as in syngeneic, xenograft, and humanized mouse models. In cell lines, oncoVV‑shHSP70 promoted viral oncolysis and cytokine production through a self‑reinforcing cycle of ROS‑autophagy. In both CT26 and SW620‑humanized mouse

Single Cell Multi‐Omics Revealing the Important Role of MR1 Mediated MAIT Cells in Maintaining Rejection for Liver Transplantation

open access: yesCell Proliferation, EarlyView.
This multi‐omics study reveals the significant role of MAIT cells in liver transplant rejection. MAIT cells drive rejection in liver transplantation via the MR1 axis. Their absence reshapes T cell responses and clonal expansion, attenuating allograft injury.

Targeting Egfr‐Mediated Cell Proliferation and Lipid Metabolism Separation Effectively Accelerate Liver Regeneration

open access: yesCell Proliferation, EarlyView.
AREG coordinates cell proliferation and lipid metabolism reprogramming during liver regeneration and targeting lipid metabolism can promote liver regeneration. ABSTRACT Hepatocyte proliferation restores liver mass after partial hepatectomy (PHx), but the metabolic cost of this process remains unclear.
