Skeletal pathologies in extant crocodilians as a window into the paleopathology of fossil archosaurs
Abstract Crocodilians, together with birds, are the only extant relatives to many extinct archosaur groups, making them highly important for interpreting paleopathological conditions in a phylogenetic disease bracketing model. Despite this, comprehensive data on osteopathologies in crocodilians remain scarce.

Sjögren disease (SjD) is a common systemic autoimmune disorder characterized by inflammation of the exocrine glands, resulting in dryness. Patients frequently exhibit extraglandular manifestations affecting various organ systems. To date, there are no US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)‐approved disease‐modifying therapies for SjD. In this review, we

Interlukin‐5 (IL‐5) plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA) by promoting eosinophil differentiation, activation, and survival. We present here a typical case of EGPA in which treatment with IL‐5 pathway inhibitors is prescribed, showing to be beneficial for the patient.

Association of Clonal Hematopoiesis with Incident, Late‐Onset, Seropositive Rheumatoid Arthritis
Objectives Clonal hematopoiesis (CH), defined by acquired driver mutations in hematopoietic stem cells, is associated with many inflammatory diseases of aging. We investigated whether CH and its subtypes, clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate potential (CHIP) and mosaic chromosomal alteration (mCA), are associated with incident rheumatoid arthritis (RA)

Abstract Teaching white matter (WM) anatomy to undergraduates is challenging. This is partly because WM fibers are oriented intricately and Klingler's dissection, the gold standard method used to demonstrate it, often requires time, advanced anatomical knowledge, and refined dissection skills.

Association of invasive breast carcinoma and multicentric high grade astrocytoma: a case report with a review. [PDF]
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women. Multicentric gliomas are uncommon lesions of the central nervous system (CNS) with an unprecise rate of occurrence that diffusely infiltrate large portions of the brain. High grade astrocytoma is the most

Abstract CD300e is a marker of mature monocytes in flow cytometry; however, there is limited detailed information on staining patterns in conjunction with other monocyte markers. We evaluated the flow cytometric staining patterns of CD64, CD14, and CD300e in 12 negative and 33 positive peripheral blood specimens and 16 negative and 56 positive bone ...

Abstract Accurate quantification of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells is essential for monitoring post‐infusion CART expansion and persistence and for real‐time clinical decision‐making. Multiparameter flow cytometry (MFC) enables rapid, live‐cell detection with absolute quantification and concurrent immunophenotypic characterization. This review
