Asset Price Dynamics with Local Interactions under Heterogeneous Beliefs [PDF]

open access: yes
This paper investigates the effect of network structure on the asset price dynamics. We propose a simple present value discounted asset pricing model with heterogeneous agents.

RHGNN: imposing relational inductive bias for heterogeneous graph neural network

open access: yes
Heterogeneous graph data are ubiquitous and extracting information from them is increasingly crucial. Existing approaches for modeling heterogeneous graphs often rely on the splitting strategy guided by meta-paths or relations.

Adaptive Implicit Friends Identification over Heterogeneous Network for Social Recommendation

open access: yesInternational Conference on Information and Knowledge Management, 2018
The explicitly observed social relations from online social platforms have been widely incorporated into recommender systems to mitigate the data sparsity issue.

Developmental programmes drive cellular plasticity, disease progression and therapy resistance in lung adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Modeling and inspection applications of a coastal distributed autonomous sensor network [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
Real time in-situ measurements are essential for monitoring and understanding physical and biochemical changes within ocean environments. Phenomena of interest usually display spatial and temporal dynamics that span different scales.

Stimulator of interferon genes agonist augmented antitumor immunity of osimertinib in Egfr‐mutated lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

A novel quinazolinone insulin receptor inhibitor and its synergy with an EGFR inhibitor in glucose‐driven glioblastoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Tumor B‐cell infiltration in platinum‐treated advanced muscle‐invasive urothelial carcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Bladder tumors with higher pretreatment memory B‐cell infiltration were linked to longer survival after cisplatin chemotherapy, but not carboplatin. These tumors also showed more organized immune structures (tertiary lymphoid structures) and a shared pro‐inflammatory B‐cell‐rich community, suggesting that memory B cells may help identify patients most ...

An analysis of resource sharing scheme in heterogeneous wireless campus network

open access: yes, 2013
— The next generation wireless technology systems are being devised with the vision of heterogeneity where a Multimode Device (MD) would be connected with multiple wireless networks like GSM, WiFi, and WiMAX.

Weakening the nuclear envelope: Lamin B receptor in melanoma metastasis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
LBR‐driven nuclear fragility supports melanoma invasion. A: Melanocyte presents low LBR (Lamin B Receptor) levels, maintaining nuclear integrity and lamina‐chromatin tethering. B: During malignant progression, upregulation of LBR clusters at the INM (Inner Nuclear Membrane) during confined migration causes local lamina weakening and cholesterol ...
