Reconstructing the Traffic State by Fusion of Heterogeneous Data [PDF]
We present an advanced interpolation method for estimating smooth spatiotemporal profiles for local highway traffic variables such as flow, speed and density. The method is based on stationary detector data as typically collected by traffic control centres, and may be augmented by floating car data or other traffic information.

ABSTRACT Objective Variants in SLC6A1, encoding the GABA transporter 1 (GAT‐1), cause epilepsy, autism spectrum disorder, and developmental delay via loss of GABA uptake, impaired trafficking, and ER retention. We previously found that 4‐Phenylbutyrate (PBA), an FDA‐approved drug, restores GABA uptake and reduces seizures in SLC6A1‐related disorders ...

Real-Time Vehicle Classification and Directional Counting at Urban Roads Using YOLOv11 Under Heterogeneous Traffic Conditions [PDF]
Urban roads in developing countries face highly heterogeneous traffic, making manual data collection labour-intensive and error-prone. This study presents a deep learning-based approach for real-time vehicle classification and directional counting using ...

Human Pegivirus Encephalitis With Brain Detection and Response to Sofosbuvir Ledipasvir
ABSTRACT Human pegivirus (HPgV‐1) has been associated with severe encephalomyelitis in immunocompromised patients. Its neurological spectrum remains poorly defined. We report a slowly progressive encephalitis in a person living with well‐controlled HIV, characterized by white matter abnormalities and inflammatory cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). HPgV RNA was

Simulation of Heterogeneous Motorised Traffic at a Signalised Intersection
The characteristics of heterogeneous traffic (with variation in vehicle length) are significantly different from those for homogeneous traffic The present study describes an overview of the development and validation of a stochastic heterogeneous traffic-flow simulation model for an urban single-lane two-way road, with controlled intersection In this ...

Price of anarchy on heterogeneous traffic-flow networks [PDF]
The efficiency of routing traffic through a network, comprising nodes connected by links whose cost of traversal is either fixed or varies in proportion to volume of usage, can be measured by the "price of anarchy." This is the ratio of the cost incurred by agents who act to minimize their individual expenditure to the optimal cost borne by the entire ...

Fusogenic RNA Nanomodules for Fusion‐Mediated and Multiplexed siRNA Delivery
A fusogenic lipid‐layered RNA nanomodules (L‐CRAMs) enable high‐capacity and long‐lasting siRNA delivery through membrane fusion. These nanomodules carry exceptionally large siRNA payloads, avoid conventional endosomal uptake, and release multiple functional siRNAs through Dicer‐mediated processing.
