Longitudinal circulating tumor DNA profiling in patients with advanced endometrial cancer using an off‐the‐shelf targeted NGS panel

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Evalueringsrapport. Steiner HF

open access: yes, 2023

A compact portable HF terminal. [PDF]

open access: yes, 1994
The paper describes the design philosophy and implementation of a compact, high-performance HF (2-30 MHz) long-range radio system. The system is automatic and can adapt to changes in the propagation and co-channel interference environment. In the design,

Investigation of the relationship between optical auroral forms and HF radar E region backscatter [PDF]

open access: yes, 2000
International audienceThe SuperDARN HF radars have been employed in the past to investigate the spectral characteristics of coherent backscatter from L-shell aligned features in the auroral E region.

Oncogenic DMTF1β promotes cancer cell motility by regulating autophagy through ULK1 stabilization

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
In the current study, we demonstrate that the oncogene DMTF1β regulates ULK1 stability by reducing its proteasomal degradation in cancer cells. This stabilization enables ULK1 to induce autophagy, which in turn facilitates cancer cell migration. Consequently, reduced DMTF1β levels lead to decreased autophagy and impaired cancer cell migration.

High resolution observations of spectral width features associated with ULF wave signatures in artificial HF radar backscatter [PDF]

open access: yes, 2004
International audienceThe EISCAT high power heating facility at Tromsø, northern Norway, has been utilised to generate artificial radar backscatter in the fields of view of the CUTLASS HF radars.

In vitro and in silico modelling of ROS1‐positive non‐small cell lung cancer reveals fusion‐dependent tyrosine kinase inhibitor responses

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

STOP-HF: Expanding the role of HF programs into the community

open access: yesGlobal Cardiology Science and Practice, 2014
The St Vincent's Screening TO Prevent Heart Failure (STOP-HF) study is a recently published trial that assessed the use of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) as a screening tool for HF in an at-risk population in reducing newly-diagnosed heart failure and prevalence of significant left ventricular (LV) systolic and/or diastolic dysfunction.
