Artificial Intelligence‐Driven Soft Bioelectronics for Self‐Powered Respiration Monitoring

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 9, 13 February 2026.
Artificial intelligence‐driven soft bioelectronics for self powered respiration monitoring based on triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs), piezoelectric nanogenerators (PENGs), and magnetoelastic generators (MEGs) enable continuous and multi‐scenario respiratory biomechanical data collection. Coupled with machine learning and big data driven diagnostics,

The potential health impact of restricting less-healthy food and beverage advertising on UK television between 05.30 and 21.00 hours: A modelling study.

open access: yesPLoS Medicine, 2020
BackgroundRestrictions on the advertising of less-healthy foods and beverages is seen as one measure to tackle childhood obesity and is under active consideration by the UK government. Whilst evidence increasingly links this advertising to excess calorie

Microwave Cavity Simulation Using Ansys HFSS

open access: yes, 2020
The design of microwave cavity detectors for axion dark matter research is often accomplished using advanced full-wave electromagnetic simulation software tools. These tools provide a cost-effective approach to evaluate a wide variety of cavity configurations, frequency tuning mechanisms, and conductive or dielectric materials and coatings.

Probing the Influence of Paternal Diet on Offspring Neuroanatomy With Mouse MRI

open access: yesBrain and Behavior, Volume 16, Issue 2, February 2026.
This study aimed to determine if paternal consumption of a high‐fat/high‐simple‐sugar (HF/HSS) diet prior to conception recapitulates the offspring brain structure volume changes seen with parental preconception consumption of an HF/HSS diet. Using C57Bl6/J mice and MRI, we established that there were no significant effects of paternal HF/HSS eating ...

Complete Flow for PCB Design Consideration and Power/Signal Integrity Analysis Based on Broadband Model of Parasitic Elements

open access: yesInternational Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications, Volume 54, Issue 2, Page 1216-1222, February 2026.
An implementation of a broadband model for the generation of an accurate time‐domain description of parasitic elements from frequency‐domain electromagnetic (EM) simulator results is proposed. It is designed to work simultaneously at low and high frequencies, bypassing EM simulators limitations, validating it against measurement and presenting a ...

A policy approach to identifying food and beverage products that are ultra-processed and high in added salt, sugar and saturated fat in the United States: a cross-sectional analysis of packaged foodsResearch in context

open access: yesThe Lancet Regional Health. Americas
Summary: Background: Governments globally aim to reduce the intake of unhealthy foods. Many policies exist that aim to address foods high in saturated fat, salt and sugar (HFSS) but the identification of ultra-processed foods (UPF) have presented a ...

Multi-attribute group decision making based on hesitant fuzzy sets, TOPSIS method and fuzzy preference relations

open access: yesTechnological and Economic Development of Economy, 2018
Hesitant fuzzy sets (HFSs) are widely applied in pattern recognition, classification, clustering, and multiple attribute decision making. In order to get more accurate decision results, the order relation of HFSs is particularly important. In this paper,

Coherent Spin Waves in Curved Ferromagnetic Nanocaps of a 3D‐Printed Magnonic Crystal

open access: yesSmall, Volume 22, Issue 7, 2 February 2026.
A nanoprinted 3D magnonic woodpile crystal is measured by microresonator ferromagnetic resonance. Micromagnetic simulations are performed to analyze and visualize the detected coherent spin‐wave modes along the nickel‐coated tubes and caps for various field angles. The woodpile exhibits an unexpected phase evolution and robust edge modes.
