CP-odd Higgs boson production in eγ collisions
We investigate the CP-odd Higgs boson production via two-photon processes in eγ collisions. The CP-odd Higgs boson, which we denote as A0, is expected to appear in the Two-Higgs Doublet Models (2HDM) as a minimal extension of Higgs sector for which the ...

Searches are being carried out at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) for the decay of the CP‐odd scalar (A0) in two‐Higgs‐doublet models (2HDMs) with natural flavour conservation (NFC) in the channel A0⟶h0Z, where h0 is either the discovered 125 GeV Higgs boson or is an undiscovered CP‐even scalar with a mass below 125 GeV.

Higgs Boson theory and phenomenology [PDF]
Precision electroweak data presently favors a weakly-coupled Higgs sector as the mechanism responsible for electroweak symmetry breaking. Low-energy supersymmetry provides a natural framework for weakly-coupled elementary scalars. In this review, we summarize the theoretical properties of the Standard Model (SM) Higgs boson and the Higgs sector of the ...

A 96 GeV Higgs boson in the N2HDM
We discuss a $$\sim 3\,\sigma $$ ∼3σ signal (local) in the light Higgs-boson search in the diphoton decay mode at $$\sim 96 \,\, \mathrm {GeV}$$ ∼96GeV as reported by CMS, together with a $$\sim 2\,\sigma $$ ∼2σ excess (local) in the $$b {{\bar{b}}}$$ bb¯

Complementary Probes of the Dimension‐6 Operator via Gravitational Waves and Multi‐Higgs Production
We investigate the phenomenological consequences of a dimension‐6 operator H†H3/Λ2, Λ is the effective scale at which new physics takes over, which modifies the scalar potential of the standard model and can induce a strong first‐order electroweak phase transition (SFOEWPT). We estimate the lower limit on the effective scale Λ to be 515 GeV from the di‐

A Phenomenological Profile of the Higgs Boson [PDF]
A discussion is given of the production, decay and observability of the scalar Higgs boson H expected in gauge theories of the weak and electromagnetic interactions such as the Weinberg-Salam model. After reviewing previous experimental limits on the mass of the Higgs boson, we give a speculative cosmological argument for a small mass.

A set of particle representations, familiar from the Standard Model, collectively form a superalgebra. Those representations mirroring the behaviour of the Standard Model's gauge bosons, and three generations of fermions, are each included in this algebra, with exception only to those representations involving the top quark.

The sensitivity of the Higgs boson branching ratios to the W boson width
The Higgs boson branching ratio into vector bosons is sensitive to the decay widths of those vector bosons because they are produced with at least one boson significantly off-shell.

Active Learning in Physics: From 101, to Progress, and Perspective
In this review, the concept of active learning is introduced to the physicists at the level of beginner without requirement on background in machine learning. It includes most of the latest applications of active learning in branches of physics, covering but not being limited to quantum information, high energy physics, and condensed matter physics. It

Limits on a Composite Higgs Boson [PDF]
Precision electroweak data are generally believed to constrain the Higgs boson mass to lie below approximately 190 GeV at 95% confidence level. The standard Higgs model is, however, trivial and can only be an effective field theory valid below some high energy scale characteristic of the underlying non-trivial physics.
