Multi‐Omic Profiling Reveals Immune Cell Priming Signature Linked to Lupus Prognosis

open access: yesArthritis &Rheumatology, EarlyView.
Objective Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a multiorgan disease with widespread immune dysregulation and significant unmet clinical need. Blood‐based gene expression studies have advanced our understanding of SLE pathogenesis but may overlook critical tissue‐specific mechanisms that drive disease heterogeneity and progression.

Analytic approximations of 2 → 2 processes with massive internal particles

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2023
We consider two-loop corrections to 2 → 2 scattering processes with massive particles in the final state and massive particles in the loop. We discuss the combination of analytic expansions in the high-energy limit and for small Mandelstam variable t ...

Anomalous Higgs boson production and decay [PDF]

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 1993
A non-standard symmetry breaking sector may lead to derivative couplings of the Higgs boson and thereby to anomalous interactions with the electroweak gauge bosons. In the framework of gauge-invariant effective Lagrangians the resulting changes in Higgs boson production and decay mechanisms are related to anomalous triple vector boson couplings.

Multimodal Chromatography in the Downstream Processing of mAb‐Based Products: Mechanisms, Strategies, and Applications

open access: yesBiotechnology and Bioengineering, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Multimodal chromatography has emerged as a powerful tool for the purification of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and their derivatives—including antibody fragments (Fabs), Fc‐fusions, bispecific (BsAb), and antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs)—offering enhanced selectivity through the integration of ionic, hydrophobic, hydrogen‐bonding, and π–π ...

Constraints on the quartic Higgs self-coupling from double-Higgs production at future hadron colliders

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2019
We study the indirect constraints on the quartic Higgs self-coupling that arise from double-Higgs production at future hadron colliders. To this purpose, we calculate the two-loop contributions to the gg → hh amplitudes that involve a modified h 4 vertex.

The Gaugephobic Higgs

open access: yes, 2006
We present a class of models that contains Randall-Sundrum and Higgsless models as limiting cases. Over a wide range of the parameter space WW scattering is mainly unitarized by Kaluza-Klein partners of the W and Z, and the Higgs particle has suppressed ...

The measurement of the Higgs self-coupling at the LHC: theoretical status [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
Now that the Higgs boson has been observed by the ATLAS and CMS experiments at the LHC, the next important step would be to measure accurately its properties to establish the details of the electroweak symmetry breaking mechanism.

Invariant Measure and Universality of the 2D Yang–Mills Langevin Dynamic

open access: yesCommunications on Pure and Applied Mathematics, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT We prove that the Yang–Mills (YM) measure for the trivial principal bundle over the two‐dimensional torus, with any connected, compact structure group, is invariant for the associated renormalised Langevin dynamic. Our argument relies on a combination of regularity structures, lattice gauge‐fixing and Bourgain's method for invariant measures ...

Combination and interpretation of differential Higgs boson production cross sections in proton-proton collisions at s = 13 $$ \sqrt{s}=13 $$ TeV

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
Precision measurements of Higgs boson differential production cross sections are a key tool to probe the properties of the Higgs boson and test the standard model.
