Observation of a new particle in the search for the Standard Model Higgs boson at the CMS detector [PDF]
The discovery of the Standard Model (SM) Higgs boson is one of the primary physics objectives of the Large Hadron Collider at CERN. This thesis describes a search carried out for the SM Higgs boson on data collected during the 2011 and 2012 proton ...

Constraining the Higgs self-couplings at e+e− colliders
We study the sensitivity to the shape of the Higgs potential of single, double, and triple Higgs production at future e + e − colliders. Physics beyond the Standard Model is parameterised through the inclusion of higher-dimensional operators (Φ†Φ−v 2 /2)

Enhanced di-Higgs production in the two Higgs doublet model [PDF]
Abstract We show that the rate for di-Higgs production at the LHC can be enhanced by a factor as large as 25 compared to the Standard Model value in the two Higgs doublet model, while being consistent with the known properties of the observed Higgs boson h.

Single charged Higgs boson production at next generation linear colliders
We study the single production of charged Higgs bosons in e+e- collisions, chiefly in the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model. Our analysis complements foregoing studies of the pair production channel especially in regions where the kinematic ...

Double Higgs boson production at the ILC in the two-Higgs-doublet model [PDF]
We study the Higgs boson pair production e^+ e^- → ff^^-hh (f ≠ t) in the two-Higgs-doublet model with the softly-broken Z_2 symmetry with the CP-invariance.

Pair Production of Beyond the Standard Model Higgs Bosons
Higgs pair production is not only sensitive to the trilinear Higgs self-coupling, but it can give access to other anomolous couplings, as e.g. a novel hhtt̄ coupling. In Composite Higgs Models, this coupling usually leads to a large increase of the cross

Higgs probes of top quark contact interactions and their interplay with the Higgs self-coupling
We calculate the dominant contributions of third generation four-quark operators to single-Higgs production and decay. They enter via loop corrections to Higgs decays into gluons, photons and b b ¯ $$ b\overline{b} $$ , and in Higgs production via gluon ...

Production of Very Massive Higgs Bosons
Abstract We compare Higgs boson production mechanisms at multi-TeV hadronic colliders. In addition to the previously investigated processes gluon + gluon → H and q q → V ∗ → VH ( V = W, Z ) , we consider Higgs boson formation by pairs of virtual W's or Z's, a process analogous to two-photon collisions in e+e− scattering.

Probing the symmetric Higgs portal with di-Higgs boson production [PDF]
A coupling of a scalar, charged under an unbroken global U(1) symmetry, to the Standard Model via the Higgs portal is one of the simplest gateways to a dark sector. Yet, for masses $m_{S}\geq m_{H}/2$ there are few probes of such an interaction. In this note we evaluate the sensitivity to the Higgs portal coupling of di-Higgs boson production at the ...
