Diagnosis of Prostatic Carcinoma: Re-biopsy
A review of the literature on repeat prostate biopsy was performed. In the review, current knowledge on repeat prostate biopsies was evaluated. Cancer detection rate on repeat biopsy ranges betweeen 10% and 20%.
