MYCOBACTERIUM COMPLEX IDENTIFICATION BY HIGH PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY
Introduction: There are different ways for identification of Mycobacteria. One of the most sensitive method is HPLC of phenacyl esters of mycolic acids of Mycobacteria for rapid identification of them after their primary cultures.

Chemical characterization of the photodegradation products of midazolam complexes with randomly methylated-β-cyclodextrin by HPLC and LC-MS/MS [PDF]
Midazolam, a potent anxiolytic drug with sedative properties, is susceptible to degradation by both light and hydrolysis in aqueous solution. When formulated as an intranasal product it was found to be effective in achieving seizure control in ...

Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

Determination of melamine in biscuits by high performance liquid chromatography
A high performance liquid chromatography method was developed for the determination of melamine in biscuits. The biscuit samples were extracted by 1% trichloroacetic acid solution and 2.2% lead acetate, and melamine was separated on a Hypersil ODS C18 ...
