Effect of SiO2 capping layer on the ferroelectricity of Hf0.5Zr0.5O2 films
In this paper, SiO2 capping layers were introduced to improve the ferroelectric properties of Hf0.5Zr0.5O2 (HZO) thin films. HZO thin films with the SiO2 capping layers exhibit excellent ferroelectric characteristics.

Modelling High-frequency Economic Time Series
The minute-by-minute move of the Hang Seng Index (HSI) data over a four-year period is analysed and shown to possess similar statistical features as those of other markets. Based on a mathematical theorem [S. B. Pope and E. S. C. Ching, Phys.

CMOS OTA-C high-frequency sinusoidal oscillators [PDF]
Several topology families are given to implement practical CMOS sinusoidal oscillators by using operational transconductance amplifier-capacitor (OTA-C) techniques. Design techniques are proposed taking into account the CMOS OTA's dominant nonidealities.

ABSTRACT Arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) are rare, high‐flow, vascular anomalies that can occur either sporadically or as part of a genetic syndrome. AVMs can progress with serious morbidity and even mortality if left unchecked. Sirolimus is an mTOR inhibitor that is effective in low‐flow vascular malformations; however, its role in AVMs is unclear.

Radar systems are evolving towards distributed receiver networks. As individual stations might be separated too far to install a cable link, novel methods are required to synchronise individual data records in the time domain.

High Frequency Peakers: The Faint Sample
We present a sample of sources with convex radio spectra peaking at frequencies above a few GHz, known as "High Frequency Peakers" (HFPs). A "bright" sample with a flux density limit of 300 mJy at 5 GHz has been presented by Dallacasa et al. (2000). Here

High-frequency nanotube mechanical resonators [PDF]
We report on a simple method to fabricate high-frequency nanotube mechanical resonators reproducibly. We measure resonance frequencies as high as 4.2 GHz for the fundamental eigenmode and 11 GHz for higher order eigenmodes.
