High-performance liquid chromatography of tetracyclines

Journal of Chromatography A, 1986
The possibilities of two non-ionogenic resins (XAD-2 and PRP-1) in the chromatography of tetracyclines and their degradation products are described. It appears that, in contrast to silica-based materials, this type of column material produces linear calibration curves, even in the low nanogram range.

High-performance liquid chromatography of antibiotics

Journal of Chromatography B: Biomedical Sciences and Applications, 1990
High-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) monitoring of antimicrobial agents has recently become more widely used, and represents an interesting alternative to other methods. The methodology is characterized by good specificity and accuracy, and it is applicable to almost all antibiotics.

High-performance liquid-liquid chromatography

Journal of Chromatography A, 1984
Abstract The applicability of liquid-liquid systems as phase systems in high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was investigated. The more polar phase of the liquid-liquid system is generated in situ on pre-packed silica columns by pumping through the saturated mobile phase.

High-Performance Liquid Chromatography of Biopolymers

Science, 1983
The ability to separate biological macromolecules with good resolution on liquid chromatographic columns has depended on the development of suitable packing materials. In size exclusion chromatography, molecules are separated by size on the basis of differential permeation of the packing.

Chromatography: High-Performance Liquid Chromatography

2016
High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is a major analytic tool in contemporary science, with possibly the highest number of systems installed and running globally. Modern HPLC offers high resolutions allowing the quantitative determination of target analytes within complex matrices by its compatibility with a number of detectors.
