A note on higher spin symmetry in the IIB matrix model with the operator interpretation
Nuclear Physics B, 2019 We study the IIB matrix model in an interpretation where the matrices are differential operators defined on curved spacetimes. In this interpretation, coefficients of higher derivative operators formally appear to be massless higher spin fields.

Systemic dysregulation of apolipoproteins in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis serum
FEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a fatal disease that damages motor neurons. This study found that people with ALS show significant changes in blood fats and the proteins that carry them. Several apolipoproteins were higher, lipid balances were altered, and normal protein–lipid relationships were disrupted.

FEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.Early‐life exposure to a high‐fat diet altered intact Achilles tendons in rat offspring, making them thinner, stiffer, and molecularly distinct even without injury. These findings suggest that developmental high‐fat diet exposure may impair tendon quality and increase susceptibility to mechanical overload or tendon injury later in life.
