Transducers convert physical signals into electrical and optical representations, yet each mechanism is bounded by intrinsic trade‐offs across bandwidth, sensitivity, speed, and energy. This review maps transduction mechanisms across physical scale and frequency, showing how heterogeneous integration and multiphysics co‐design transform isolated ...

Swarmalators with Higher Harmonic Coupling: Clustering and Vacillating
We study the dynamics of a swarmalator model with higher harmonic phase coupling. We analyze stability, bifurcation and structural properties of several novel attracting states, including the formation of spatial clusters with distinct phases, and single spatial clusters with a small number of distinct phases.

We introduce an additively manufactured bioreactor with a perfusion flow system and integrated temperature and pH sensors for skeletal muscle tissue biofabrication. The bioreactor's performance was evaluated by assessing the viability, spreading of the myoblast cells in a printed scaffold, and contraction of the isolated murine musculi interossei ...

Fully 3D‐Printed Wave‐Wound Electromagnetic Motors
This work presents the first fully 3D‐printed wave‐wound electromagnetic motors, which are created using conductive nanoparticle inks, carbon‐filled nylon polymers, and surface mount components. These motors can achieve a stall torque of 7.62N·mmA−1$7.62 \nobreakspace N{\cdot }mm A^{-1}$ and efficiency of 28.2 %, which approaches the performance of ...

Plasma‐induced ligand polymerization on colloidal quantum dots (QDs) renders them resistant to organic solvents, enabling conventional photoresist‐based photolithography. This approach achieves microscale patterning with feature sizes down to 3 µm, preserving the optical properties of the QDs and offering a simple and scalable route for QD‐based ...

An adaptive scheme for suppression of higher harmonics in an undulator
An undulator usually emits radiation at the energy of the fundamental wavelength and the higher harmonics at the same time. Likewise, monochromators with gratings or low-indexed crystals also transmit these higher harmonics with substantial efficiency ...

When Cubic is Not Isotropic: Phonon–Exciton Decoupling in CuInSnS4 Single Crystals
A cubic CuInSnS4 crystal does not fully play by cubic rules. While phonons follow the average iso‐tropic lattice symmetry, the disorder‐localized excitons break away, showing strong, and reproduci‐ble polarization‐dependent emission. This work shows how intrinsic cation disorder can turn a mac‐roscopically cubic material into a source of hidden ...
