EXPRESSION AND FUNCTION OF A NONGLYCOSYLATED MAJOR HISTOCOMPATIBILITY CLASS I ANTIGEN
The major histocompatibility class I antigens, expressed in most somatic cells, have carbohydrate moieties. We constructed mutant mouse MHC class I genes in which codons for the N-linked glycosylation sites were replaced by those of other amino acids.

Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have transformed cancer therapy, but their efficacy continues to be limited by immune‐related adverse events. Among these, ICI‐induced cardiac arrhythmias are increasingly recognised as a major adverse reaction, encompassing a broad spectrum of clinical phenotypes, including conduction blocks, atrial fibrillation and

Abstract The lungs have for a long time been recognised as having pharmacological significance as a specific organ to modulate the pharmacokinetics of endogenous substances needed to maintain homeostasis. The lungs are therefore the site of action of certain drugs that act on these homeostatic processes, resulting in systemic effects on the ...

Lineage‐dependent immunogenomic landscapes and biologically informed therapy in pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms. Pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms display lineage‐dependent immunogenomic landscapes, in which genomic alterations, epigenetic states, antigen‐presentation status, immune‐cell infiltration, and suppressive microenvironments co‐evolve ...

Pleiotropic Roles of FBXO11 in Tumorigenesis: Implications for Targeted Therapy
This complex comprises of scaffold CUL1, SKP1, RBX1 and FBXO11 receptor. The substrate is phosphorylated by specific kinase enzyme and recognized by the substrate recognition domain. FBXO11 targets numerous substrates for ubiquitination and degradation, FBXO11 substrates mainly include Snail, ZEB1, p53, BCL6, CDT2, CIITA, Cdc25a, hnRNPA2B1, SAMD1 and ...
