A new multilevel reversible bit-planes data hiding technique based on histogram shifting of efficient compressed domain

open access: yesVietnam Journal of Computer Science, 2018
In this paper, we proposed a new technique for reversible data hiding based on efficient compressed domain with multiple bit planes. We conducted a sequence of experiments to use block division scheme to appraise the result with different parameters and ...

Reversible Data Hiding for DNA Sequence Using Multilevel Histogram Shifting [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
A large number of studies have examined DNA storage to achieve information hiding in DNA sequences with DNA computing technology. However, most data hiding methods are irreversible in that the original DNA sequence cannot be recovered from the ...

Reversible Information Hiding Algorithm in Encrypted Domain Based on Difference Histogram Shifting [PDF]

open access: yesJisuanji gongcheng, 2019
The embedding capacity of the current difference histogram shifting algorithm is low.To cope with this problem,we propose a large-capacity reversible data hiding algorithm in encrypted domain.First,we use the single homomorphic encryption to enable a ...

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

Circular RNA expression landscapes in myelodysplastic neoplasms: Associations with mutational signatures and disease progression

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
In this explorative study, the abundance of circular RNA molecules in bone marrow stem cells was found to be elevated in patients with high‐risk myelodysplastic neoplasms, and to be associated with an increased risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia.

Dimethyl fumarate combined with cisplatin at subcytotoxic doses sensitizes cervical cancer toward ferroptosis and apoptosis through GSH restriction and p53 (re)activation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Reversible Watermarking Based On Advanced Histogram Shifting

open access: yesThe KIPS Transactions:PartC, 2007
In this paper, we propose a reversible watermarking method to recover an original image after the watermark has been extracted. Most watermarking algorithms cause degradation of image quality in original digital content in the process of embedding watermark.
