The target of rapamycin (TOR) complex is a central plant growth regulator. Here, the protein–protein interactions underlying its various functions are mapped by pupylation‐based proximity‐labeling in Arabidopsis, using TOR complex subunits LST8‐1 and RAPTOR1, alongside TOR inhibitor FK506‐binding protein, as baits.

A Porphyrin Nanomaterial for Photoimmunotherapy for Treatment of Melanoma
The TPC@OVA NPs are developed as dual‐functional nanomaterials combining phototherapy and immunotherapy for melanoma treatment. This system effectively ablates primary tumors, induces immunogenic cell death, promotes dendritic cell maturation, and enhances T cell activation.

TRIM25‐mediated ubiquitination of INSIG1 serves as a key driver of lipid metabolism dysregulation in MASH progression. It identifies a novel small‐molecule inhibitor, C27H26N2O4S, which effectively inhibits TRIM25 activity, reducing lipid accumulation and inflammation.
