Targeting Kupffer cells (KC) with a single intravenous infusion of the oncolytic virus VSV‐M51R rather than VSV‐WT induces effective tumor regression in various types of liver metastatic cancers in mice. VSV‐M51R promotes KC proliferation and enhances their antigen cross‐presentation capacity without compromising viability, leading to the induction of ...

RESULTS OF COLLABORATIVE STUDY FOR TISSUE TYPING QUALITY CONTROL
HLA molecules appear to be the principal target of immune allorecognition. The efficiency of transplant directly depends on coincidence of the data obtained by different HLA laboratories. This study discusses the results produced by 12 tissue typing labs

Schematic illustration of resident macrophages in Immune checkpoint inhibitor‐associated nephrotoxicity (ICI‐AN). Using an integrated approach (including imaging mass cytometry, transcriptomics, and murine models), this study reveals that resident macrophages drive immune‐stromal interactions in ICI‐AN, promoting fibroblast activation through CXCL9 and

Nanomaterials Trigger Functional Anti‐Tumoral Responses in Primary Human Immune Cells
Nanoparticles are used to improve immunomodulatory therapies, but the impact of drug‐free nanomaterials on the immune system remains unknown. Screening common biomedical nanoparticles (NPs) reveals that PLGA NPs enhanced NK cell anti‐tumoral activity and transcriptional activation in human NK and pan T cells.
