Precise position control of a helical magnetic robot in pulsatile flow using the rotating frequency of the external magnetic field

We propose a position control method for a helical magnetic robot (HMR) that uses the rotating frequency of the external rotating magnetic field (ERMF) to minimize the position fluctuation of the HMR caused by pulsatile flow in human blood vessels.

The in vitro activities of two ketolides, HMR 3004 and HMR 3647 (telithromycin), and the comparator agents erythromycin A, azithromycin, clarithromycin, roxithromycin, levofloxacin, ofloxacin and penicillin G were determined by an agar dilution method against 410 isolates of Corynebacterium diphtheriae.
